fight that cold or flu
The winter months come around, January and February, and these are the most common months of the year for people to be getting sick. It starts with that first sneeze or that scratchy throat feeling, and you just realized your going to get sick or already are with the cold or the flu. You feel miserable, like crawling into a dark whole until it is gone. You do not have any energy to do anything or go anywhere. You do not feel like having any company, except your mommy to come and take care of you. You just feel icky and want to hide under the cover's. I do not blame you, the cold and or the flu is not a good feeling at all and we all suffer from these at some time or another.
It is average now that 200,000 americans are hospitalized each year for flu like symptoms.
The cold will last about a week and the flu will last you about three week's or more. These icky symptoms are:
-
a stuffy nose
-
a runny nose

these symptoms will make a person feel down right icky with no motivation. But some people are still required to go to work, even if they are sick, some people just have no choice in the matter.
Here are some excellent ways you can fight your cold or flu and feel somewhat better so you can at least get to work and try to do your job, or if not going to work then it will help you feel better at home while your sick, it will be a little better for you.
